Our minds tendency is to notice what is missing from our lives leaving us feeling unfulfilled and stuck in a cycle of constant craving. The practice of gratitude counters this tendency helping us to arrive in our lives more completely and connect with the gifts and beauty of life that is always there.
In this daylong we will incorporate gratitude practice into our mindfulness practice. This practice can help to nurture our connection with present moment, make us sleep more deeply, boosts our mood and immunity and helps us to deal with the pains in life.
