Melissa’s Weekly Sunday Online Meditation Class

Join me every Sunday from 9:00–10:30 AM Pacific Time for a nurturing online gathering rooted in Buddhist wisdom and mindfulness practice.Each session begins with a guided meditation to help settle the mind and body. This is followed by a Dharma talk exploring practical teachings from the Buddhist tradition—drawing on insight (vipassana), loving-kindness (metta), and the path to easing suffering and cultivating greater clarity, compassion, and freedom in daily life. Followed by group discussion and Q&A, where you can share reflections, ask questions, and connect with others walking a similar path.

All are warmly welcome—whether you're new to meditation, deepening an existing practice, or simply seeking a quiet space for reflection.

No prior experience is needed; offered freely as an act of generosity (dāna).

Silent Sits

Peer-led silent meditation sessions—a quiet, open space for meditation and personal practice.

These daily sits are completely silent: no guided instructions, no dharma talks, no sharing or discussion—just sitting together in practice.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00–8:00 AM Pacific Time
(You are welcome to stay for the full hour or leave whenever feels right—no need to stay the entire time.)

All are welcome—beginners, long-time practitioners, and everyone in between. No registration needed; simply drop in as you are.
