Befriending the Mind: Day of Practice

A very practical way we can bring mindfulness into all aspects of our lives comes from a teaching called the Four Great Efforts. This daylong will focus on that teaching and we will put into practice ways we can be more conscious of what we are thinking, discern which thoughts are working for us and which are creating more stress and begin to change those habits of the mind.

We will practice mindfulness and lovingkindness as well as gratitude and forgiveness. Practices that we will be able to take with us to parties, work, our relationships and everywhere.
